Contactless Service Drop-Off & Pickup Options
1. Leave your vehicle outside and the keys in a secure drop box so you don't have to enter the dealership.
2. If you choose to use the key drop box, please call us ahead of your appointment.

Health and Safety Officer - A dedicated employee has been assigned at all dealerships, responsible for reporting and guidance to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety practices. 

Sanitation Plan
  - Increased sanitation of all high-traffic area touch points within all dealerships multiple times a day, plus professional cleaning service during peak times and for nightly cleaning. 

Loaners and Test-Drive Vehicle Preparation
  - Ensure all hard and soft surfaces inside service loaners and test-drive vehicles are vacuumed and wiped down each time a guest or staff associate uses a vehicle. 

Service Work Preparation
  - Guest vehicles for service in dealerships are sanitized before work begins and after the vehicle leaves the shop, valets moving cars are using sterile gloves.

Test Drives and Valet Service 
- Increased out-of-dealership test drives to be offered. Vehicle maintenance valet pickup service to be considered where possible, providing sufficient employee resources are available. 

Relaxed Cancellation Policy 
- Any service or test drive appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled upon request without any obligation.

Sanitizer Locations
  - Additional hand sanitizer dispensers and locations in all dealerships for guests and staff associates to sanitize hands throughout the day. 

Discontinuation of Shared Foods
  - All complimentary and shared guest café fruits and snacks, including coffee and beverage stations, are temporarily removed and closed. 

Travel Restriction
  - No unnecessary business travel by our team members. Employees are required to advise management of personal travel destinations so the company can make necessary arrangements. 

Hand Etiquette
  - As outlined by health officials, dealership employees are to practice frequent hand washing and refrain from hand shaking.
