Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up with potential clients through phone calls and emails to nurture leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Participate in dealership events or retail promotions to drive sales growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential.
